Generac idle control on the 4000xl runs awhile on low idle then dies. A tricky one to figure out.
it would have a random run time in idle control mode(low idle) at first adjusted the low idle solenoid but didn't fix it. So it's either low engine oil pressure, oil pressure switch or the control board. Put new low oil pressure switch on it and re adjust the low idle solenoid to get it working.
