This is a gentle therapeutic stretch for those of you with low back pain or maybe you just slept wrong and your low back feels "ouch!" It's extremely beginner friendly you don't need any props, or even any yoga experience. Let's stretch it out!

Today we'll start with a little self assessment to help you figure out what's really going on with your low back! Really pay attention to which side of the low back feels more weighted, or more pulled down toward the earth. We're really going to focus on subtle motion that creates space in the low back and begins to release tension and imbalance. When working with low back pain, it's the most gentle, therapeutic movements that really have the greatest effect. I invite you to continue checking in with yourself throughout this class constantly remain mindful of how your low back feels and what unlocks space and relaxation.
