Easy Geospatial Data Processing with stand alone Python Code

Extracting points from polygon corners and sequential numbering clockwise start from the north .

✅ Code algorithm:
Read the polygon shapefile.
Convert polygon corners to Points.
Shift the point sequential numbering to start from the point with the maximum Y coordinate.
save output point shapefile.

Requirements:
Python 3.9
Packages: geopandas, pandas, shapely

Instructions:
Install required packages.
Replace file paths and field names.
Run the script to get your processed shapefile.
