Cold & Cough is a very common viral infection faced... And we always want some natural remedy to remove all the toxins from the body.. Best way to get a relief from cold & cough is by practicing these 5 magical Pranayama techniques..

Precautions:
1. Ladies who are pregnant should avoid the practice of fast breathing and stomach movements.
2. Make sure you practice these in a proper way sith full focus on your breath.
3. High BP patients should avoid the practice of Bhastrika and Kapalbhati.
4. Ladies during menstruation must avoid kapalbhati. Bhastrika can be practiced slowly.
5. Hernia/ stomach ulcer or any other abdominal injury or sugery must avoid the practice of Kapalbhati and Bhastrika.
6. Anulom vilom has no side effects.. Can be practiced by all, unless your nose is blocked.
7. Make sure you avoid the practice of Ujjayi if you are having severe throat infection.
