How to Get in Shape FAST in 2024

The best advice I can give is not to focus on you look, but rather on what you are capable of.

I know that 99% of people start exercising to look better, and this is a very good motivation and important, I'll talk about this separately at the end of the video.

However, as you've probably experienced, either on yourself or on your friends, unfortunately, this is not enough 99% of the time, it does not work.

If that would be the case, everyone would have reached their dream shape 10 years ago when they first resolved to do so at New Year's.

What works in my experience is to switch your focus from “I want to look like this” to “I want to be able to do this”.

Don't focus too much on how much fat you've lost or muscle you've gained, or your weight on the scale. Your body composition will change you might weigh more due to increased muscle, even as you lose fat and look better.

However, how much stronger, more agile you are, what you are capable of will be clear, it will boost your selfconfidence much more and the better physique will come on its own.

For this, you simply need goals and a plan. You need to know what you're going to do, you need to see the process, this will help a lot and keep you accountable.

If you listen to me, this is the process you will go through:

You will start the whole process gradually, and first of all, you will ensure that you have a longterm healthy, usable physique. From the beginning, you will build insane body awareness, ensuring that your joints are mobile stable and strong.

You will build strength levels that 99% of people are incapable of. You don't need to think of extreme numbers, for example, 3 sets of 15 pushups. Yes, this is an excellent performance today, but more on this topic a bit later.

You will learn to use, move your body while building functional and aesthetic muscles.

Once you achieve this you will be very satisfied with the results, your selfconfidence will be skyhigh, and your appearance will be incomparable to a few months earlier. Thanks to this, you will likely continue to improve, learn advanced exercises and build an even better physique.

You can achieve all this by this summer. What's intense is that you will likely go through such a transformation in just 3 months, that those who haven't seen you during this time will not recognize you.

No fancy overcomplicated exercises, just what matters with a 23 hour commitment per week. It will be easier than you think.
