How To Get Your First Pull Up Use 4 Bodyweight Exercises Tapp Brothers

So we have been posting up several upper body workouts for parkour and found some of you have been struggling getting your first pull up.

It can seem no matter what you do or try you just can't get that first pull up.

In this video I share with you 4 simple bodyweight exercises to master your first pull up.

It's super important to use these bodyweight progressions to safely develop the form and strength for your pull up.

Developing upper body strength in parkour is key for performing moves like the muscle up, wall run, top out, or climb up in parkour.

If you do not develop this strength we will not be able to escape or chase efficiently.

Start implementing these 4 bodyweight exercises into your training regiment and get your first pull up.
