Pro Micro [ 3.3V/8MHz and 5V/16MHz ] is a really cool, little development board. It's an Arduinocompatible microcontroller, microsized, and it accomplishes with one single chip what old Arduino Unos, Duemilanoves, and Diecimeillas could never dream of: true USB functionality.

Pro Micro is Great for Embedded Controllers, Pro Micro is similar to the Pro Mini except with an ATmega32U4 on board. The USB transceiver inside the 32U4 allows us to add USB connectivity onboard and do away with bulky external USB interface.
