Taguig Rep. and director Lino Cayetano revealed on "Gandang Gabi Vice" that his sister, Senator Pia Cayetano, had a cameo appearance in the 2007 film "I've Fallen for You" which starred Kim Chiu and Gerald Anderson. The younger Cayetano shared how hard it was directing her own sister in a bike racing scene.
