Gibbs Garden is a privately owned garden in Ball Ground, GA. My husband and I often plan a stop here on our way to Tennessee. Setting up easels and plein air painting is not allowed. That is disappointing, but working in your lap to make a journal entry isn't a problem. There are many benches along the way to give you a moment to sketch if you choose to do that.

The scenery is breathtaking and often a bit overwhelming if you want to paint it. I recommend simplify or zoom in to make it less intimidating.
