Gibson's ES335 is an icon in virtually every genre of music. They're simply great guitars. But the ones we're receiving from Gibson lately are truly some of the best we've ever seen. The maple tops and backs are gorgeous (and this is not one of Gibson's "Figured Top" 335s) and the tone is even better!
The Calibrated TType pickups are the main reason. Duplicating the specs of the original TTop humbuckers used by Gibson in the mid/late 60s and 70s, these pups are (in our opinion) a better match for a semihollow guitar than the original PAFs were. Lots of detail in the highs, and NO MUD in the neck pickup. You have to hear these!
