10 g dry yeast.
50 ml vegetable oil.
600650 grams of wheat flour.
1 teaspoon salt.

Warm milk 200 ml
Warm water 200 ml
Sugar 1 tbsp. (20g)
Yeast – 5g
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. (20ml)
Salt – 1 tsp. (8g)
Flour 600 g
For lubrication:
2 tablespoons yogurt or sour cream
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon oil
For decoration:
sesame
