Gloria and Ringabel are in the game, and Gloria honestly seems pretty strong (Ringabel is very strong, too), so I decided to go for her. I also thought I wanted to try the floor 4 boss of the Titan Tower. These bosses have 8 million HP and are designed to be beaten with multiple teams. 3 for max rewards. I was pretty proud of how well this went!
