Glutenfree and milkfree biscuits – Glutenfree and milkfree biscuits

Delicious sequels, made from cornstarch (cornstarch), super crunchy or starched, easy to make and very fast.

Ingredients:
2 cups of cornstarch;
1 cup of rice flour;
¾ cup of sugar;
1 coffee spoon of salt (adjustable);
1 egg;
5 tablespoons of coconut oil;
Essence (at your option); and
2 tablespoons of vegetable milk (add more if needed).

Cocoa powder was used to make the chocolate chips. The amount should be up to you, as you feel the dough is already thick enough. Cocoa powder can be replaced by 50% or 70% chocolate, no milk and no gluten.
