500 g chicken liver
100ml milk
Leave for 20 minutes
boil 3 eggs
drain the milk
Rinse and fill with water
Cook covered for 15 minutes
Chop 1 onion
Melt 30 g of butter in vegetable oil
Fry the onion for 34 minutes
Remove liver from water
Cover with a bag and let cool
Chop 3 cloves of garlic
Fry for 12 minutes
Grate 2 small carrots
Fry for 34 minutes
Salt pepper
Fry for another 2 minutes
Chop the liver
Chop green onions
Parsley
Grate the eggs on a coarse grater
100 grams of oat flakes
Grind in a blender
Salt, pepper, paprika
3 eggs
Mixing
Grease the pan with vegetable oil
