As a hospice nurse my mom frequently witnesses the elderly live out their final days on earth. She asked me to write a song to help people as they're preparing to say goodbye to this world and reunite with their friends and family in heaven.

I hope this song gives comfort, hope, and assurance to those who have lost loved ones. Life continues on after death. Our friends and family on the other side are watching over us with love. We will see them again.
