Our first month as full time travelers has brought us good times and bad with more than one setback and now we have our first major equipment failure on our RV.

Sweeties first hike came with muddy paws and dog smiles. We finally got pulled out of the mud by a local who is staying a mile up the road from us so we decided to celebrate with a scenic hike along the Appalachian Trail up to a lookout tower atop Stratton Mountain. We took Sweetie, our dog, on her first hike and boy did she have fun!

The following day, however, was not as fun. We decided to move the RV again (bad idea) and while we were jacking the RV off of the truck hitch the tongue jack broke resulting in our first major RV equipment failure only 2 weeks into our life as full time RVers.
