Join me as I take two trips on United Airlines. One on a 30 year old 777200, and another on a 5 year old 737 MAX 8. Both of these flights exhibited the way an airline can be either really good, or really bad all just depending on a couple of factors. Had I not had a good experience on my previous United flights, I would be more skeptical of the airline as a whole, however, I am hoping my poor experience was nothing more than a one off.
