Got Good Posture or Bad Posture? Take the Posture Test to Find Out!

Don’t know if you have good posture or bad posture?

Here’s a great test you can take to see what your current posture.

Find a wall place, your heels, hips, and upper back in contact with the wall, while your head is in a relaxed neutral position, looking straight. If the back of your head isn’t resting against the wall, this is a good indicator you’re suffering from forward head posture, rounded shoulders or kyphosis.

This can simply be corrected by performing this position daily. Everything starts at the hips and the pelvis. The pelvis is the platform that your spine sits on the position of your pelvis will send a reaction up your spine, dictating your upper body posture.

Give this position a try for at least 10 minutes and comment below how you feel after
