Hey, comrades! What do you prefer Doom Metal or Gothic Metal? Do you know the difference between Doom and Gothic? Let's find it out! I'm also really curious to know your opinion who is better doom metal or gothic metal so don't shy to write me your comments.
I also want to clarify something. Some bands are playing in both doom and gothic metal styles and that's why you can see Type O Negative or Paradise Lost on the both sides of these musical genres. And you might also argue about Black Sabbath and say "what the hell are they doing here?" but Into The Void guitar riffs is actually a doom metal riff. The genre was greatly influenced by Black Sabbath whose songs “Black Sabbath”, “Electric Funeral”, “Cornucopia” became prototypes of doom metal. Tell me what you think about it, guys!
