Monthly test of the Kent County Warning System. This particular 130 is located near downtown at Riversides park. Once this 130 winds down you can hear some of the county sirens still going. since they activated after this. I believe Kent County is activated by two different agencies. One activation point is the city and all of the sirens in the actual city limits of Grand Rapids, and the other is al the other sirens outside of city limits in the county.
