If you were then also born in Calabria, very far south in Italy, you have seen your country transform from the agricultural society from before the second world war, becoming the sixth most influential industrial and commercial power in the world.

Granpa Joe is now 93 years old, has clarity of mind and joy of life that makes many twenty year olds blush.
