I did this Grindavik drone tour yesterday, June 2 in order to capture the north and east part of the lava walls but it was a rough flyover due to wind, but turned out okay though and this is just a sample but a longer version awaits better time. I did another flyover today and filmed the craters close up and the complete lava field. Again in heavy wind, and snow soon after I left the place. Notice the fracture when the video starts! I'm very satisfied with the filming results from eruption number 8, but the footage deserves more then just a fast edit and a voiceover on the go, and I have already a good travel story round all this so this is more and less a sample to keep you posted and the full story deserves more than work on the go, like I'm now.

I had no time to get creative and used the same music as I used in a similar video I this the other day, but I know you forgive me this time, hit fits okay.

The eruption is powering down little by little, but I think it's going to live on for a while though. The Blue Lagoon has already opened, but it's impossible to go near it to see the volcano unless you have a ticket. it will be a part of my travel story how I managed to get there.
