Grocery Haul 🛒 Shopping List for Healthy Lunches u0026 Dinners for a Balanced Lifestyle

In this video, I will be sharing my grocery haul, which mainly includes produce that I purchased to make healthy dinners (with leftovers for lunch!) for the next week. I will show you what I got along with my ideas for how I will turn all these products into delicious and healthy meals. In my next video, I'll share a week's worth of dinners that I put together using all the ingredients you'll be seeing in this video.

Here's my grocery list:
Diced onions x2 (for chicken breast and ground turkey)
Green onions x2 (for noodle and pasta dishes)
English cucumbers x2 (for quinoa salad and pita wraps)
Shredded iceberg lettuce x2 (for rice bowl and pita wraps)
Shredded cabbage x2 (for noodle and pasta dishes)
Shredded carrots x2 (for noodle and pasta dishes)
Tricolor bell peppers (for pasta dish)
Microwaveable corn (side dish with bbq chicken salad)
BBQ sauce (for bbq shredded chicken)
Southwestern chopped salad x2 (for bbq chicken salad)
Tiny potatoes (side dish with salmon burger & broccoli)
Lemons (for red wine vinaigrette and drinking water)
Whole wheat spaghetti (for pasta dish)
Whole wheat pita (for pita wraps)
Squiggly knife cut noodles (for noodle dish)
Can of garbanzo beans (for rice bowls)
Can of corn (for quinoa salad)
Tzatziki (for pita wraps and rice bowl)
