Want to grow cilantro all year long? If your cilantro (coriander) is bolting right now, then you should watch this. We use a lot of cilantro at home, so it's important to me to have fresh quantities on hand year round. Since its not a commonly used herb here in France, I have to either pay a high price, go to a special market, or grow it myself. I love the challenge, so I have worked out a system to keep it growing throughout the year!
