GS DSP Quantum Filter is a filter plugin with a very powerful builtin modulation system. It is available as an AUv3 for iPad and iPhone, and in the VST3, AU and AAX formats on desktop. This video explains the basic concept of the app, demoing some presets and showing how the sound and mod sources can be set up and tweaked.
