2) Access The Dial Pad: Access your Contacts List and then press
PC: "SPACEBAR" or the middle mouse button
PS3,PS4: "SQUARE" Xbox 360/One: "X"

3) Enter CHEAT Number

4) Dial Phone Number:
To actually dial the number, press the same button you used in step 2

5) If you type correct number, on the left side will be displayed "Cheat is activated"
