Gold Medal Objectives:
● Time Complete within 11:00
● Headshots Kill 20 enemies with a headshot
● Accuracy Finish with a shooting accuracy of at least 80%

This video shows how to complete all mission objectives on a single playthrough, although the 100% completions are cumulative and the Gold Medal can be achieved on multiple playthroughs.

NOTE: This video is heavily edited to show the player both Michael and Trevor's ways of reaching North Yankton. In the game you either play exclusively as one of the two characters up until the shooting section in North Yankton where the game will force you to play as Michael.
