I made this video purely for fun and since some people commented on some of my videos that the Cluckin Bell wall breach is bogus or fake... here is your answer :) You can do the same almost anywhere on the map.
I used the Penumbra for this purpose because the height of the wing is just about right for a proper wall breach. More about the car here:

But you can use any other car that will allow you to climb it in a similar fashion like I do in the video.
PS: I found a very nice garage that is fully functional and has even some cars you can drive in it yet it is not accessible for players. IMO this could and probably should have been THE garage for anyone wanting a space for 30+ cars in one place. It will be in a future video soon so stay tuned :)
