This is IMO the best garage we could have in GTA 5 if it was available for purchase. All cars together with no need to "travel" into other floors which in most cases is just the same room/place where one set of cars despawn and another set respawns while you get a blank screen for a moment that creates the illusion of changing floors.
The worst/best part is that the garage actually exists!
Now imagine if we could not only have such a garage for purchase but also the ability to install modifications, paint booths, work benches, car lifts, wall mounted rims for display, custom colors for the walls, floors, and paintings, maybe even lights to change the mood and what not. To top it all off you could have a set of dedicated parking spots for visitors you would select. Anyone visiting could have their own vehicle parked inside for the time of visit. Just imagine having like 40 or more cars all in one place for you to see and access. And I would throw in the option to be able to drive around as much as you want until you hit the gate which would send you outside + a hotkey/button in case you don't want to drive to the gate each time you want to exit with a vehicle.
And to clear one thing: All this has been done on PC. It may work on other platforms but may also not. Can't tell you more than that since I do not have anything other than a PC so you have to check for yourself. If it does not work for you or you can't get past any wall then you can at least enjoy the video knowing this place exists :)
