The Enforcer is a law enforcement vehicle featured in both the 3D Universe and HD Universe. It is manufactured by Brute in the HD Universe.
The vehicle's overall performance is averagetogood. While large and heavy, the Enforcer's powerful engine allows it to accelerate well and reach high top speeds, while its cornering can be properly negotiated via the use of the handbrake. Its low clearance, small wheels and heavy weight, however, make it unsuited on rough terrain, where it may roll easily.

P.S. I used CarSpawner cheat code for spawn this vehicle.

GTA: Underground is a massive project, basicly a SA version people have long dreamed of.
The 3D universe combined into one massive map, is what I am trying to create.
Traffic, and all this stuff, is all involved.

Zone based weather, traffic, and more will give an unique feeling and will serve as an addon to GTA: SA.
