This is how I did it:
Killing Michael earlier in the game causes Franklin to question his sexuality during puberty, come out as gay, dress better and get rid of that disgraceful yee yee haircut. This causes Michael and Trevor to jump species and turn into birds. As a result they can fly but have smaller brains and cannot contemplate the consequences of killing the villains earlier in the game. so we can kill the antagonists earlier in the game and finish the game as quick as possible.
