We recently had guests from Italy who shared with us an amazing cauliflower recipe. You won't believe how tasty, quick and simple it is!
In this video I will show you how to cook cauliflower so that it becomes a real decoration of every table. It doesn't matter if you're an experienced cook or just starting out, this recipe is perfect for everyone.

Ingredients:
450 g (1 lb) cauliflower.
Cut into pieces as shown.
Water.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
1 onion.
Oil.
3 cloves of garlic.
1 carrot.
1 pepper
Black pepper.
Pepper.
100 g of asparagus.
2 tomatoes.
1 tablespoon of tomato sauce.
100 g (0.2 lb) rinsed rice.
Water.
1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Cook for 15 minutes.
100 ml of vegetable broth.
Place the cauliflower.
Enjoy!
