Guided Breathing Meditation to Relax and be Calm | 🧘‍♀️ Just Breathe!

This guided mindfulness meditation is a reminder to do one simple thing... just breathe! Furthermore, it emphasizes using your breath to relax your mind and body. Our breath can give us a sense of calm, serenity, and healing that is so vital to inner peace and tranquility. Using our breath energy for focus can calm anxiety, stress, and clear your mind of intrusive thoughts. A breathing meditation can be used for so many purposes, such as during yoga, when doing a walking meditation, or calming your mind before sleep. Enjoy this session!

This meditation session is just over 7 minutes long followed by about 3 minutes of ambient background music to ease you back into the rest of your day or night. This can be a great session either in the morning, midday, or before sleep… really any time daily that you need it!
