I thought I would post this complete performance of Guilmant's Organ Soanta 1 in D minor to bring this organ to your attention, because I have some red hot news about this wonderful organ! I'll announce it very soon...

The organ of Romsey Abbey is known as one of the UK's most historic larger instruments because of its largely untouched history.

The Abbey's organ sounds pretty much today as it does when it was installed in the 1850/60s (although it has slightly moved location in the Abbey!).

The organ can play most repertoire, and manages music by Alexandre Guilmant with ease.
