2 lbs. Dasi Baigan
1 lbs. eddoes
34 Large Tomatoes
1 large onion
10 clove Garlic
3 tbsp. Garam Masala
2 tbsp. curry powder
Boneless saltfish or shrimp
Salt & pepper to taste.
