「黄酒鸡」 是一道非常传统的客家菜鸡肉渗入了甜醇的黄酒吃起来有甜酒的味道只需短短30分钟就能搞定的一道客家滋补菜肴。比起其他酒黄酒味香浓郁酒精度数底口感清醇富含氨基酸等呈物质能帮助血液循环具有养血养颜、健脾胃、治疗虚损、舒筋活络的功效。

材料
半只 鸡肉 切块
80克 姜 切丝
20克 黑木耳丝 泡浸软后切丝
500毫升 黄酒
少许 麻油
200毫升 清水
适量 枸杞


步骤
1 。起锅下少许麻油炒香姜丝
2. 加入鸡肉块炒至鸡肉变色载入1汤匙黄酒炒匀
3. 加入黑木耳丝翻炒
4. 加入500毫升黄酒和200毫升清水煮至沸腾
5. 盖上锅盖小火焖20分钟
6. 最后加入枸杞

黄酒鸡是不需要加任何食盐调味。

Ingredients
Half chicken (cut into pieces)
80g ginger (shredded)
20g shredded black fungus (soak until soft, cut into shreds)
500ml rice wine
A little sesame oil
200ml water
Appropriate amount of wolfberry

Steps:
1 . Add a little sesame oil to the pot and sauté the ginger until fragrant
2. Add chicken pieces and stirfry until the chicken changes color. Add 1 tablespoon of rice wine and stirfry evenly.
3. Add shredded black fungus and stirfry
4. Add 500ml rice wine and 200ml water and cook until boiling
5. Cover the pot and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes
6. Finally add wolfberry

*Authentic yellow wine chicken does not need to be seasoned with any salt.
