Halloween 1978 actors Nick Castle, P.J. Soles, and John Michael Graham were joined by James Jude Courtney and Ryan Turek from the latest installments of the franchise for a panel at Silver Scream Con III to talk about the movies, their experiences, and to answer fan questions.

Nick Castle was The Shape, a.k.a. Michael Myers, in the original 1978 Halloween. He reprised his role, sharing with James Jude Courtney, in the 2018 Halloween, 2021 Halloween Kills, and the upcoming Halloween Ends. He is also a prolific writer, having written Escape from New York, Escape from L.A., The Boy Who Could Fly, and many more. He was also the director of The Last Starfighter, Dennis the Menace, Major Payne, and more.

P.J. Soles played Lynda in the original 1978 Halloween and is also known for Private Benjamin, Carrie, Rock ‘n’ Roll High School, The Devil’s Rejects, Simon & Simon, Stripes, Killer Therapy, and more. She appeared in Halloween 2018 as a teacher.

John Michael Graham played Bob in Halloween 1978 and also appeared in the 2010 Halloween: The Inside Story TV movie. He was also a background dancer in Grease.

James Jude Courtney played The Shape, and sometimes shared the role with Nick Castle, in 2018’s Halloween, Halloween Kills, and Halloween Ends. He is also known for roles in Babylon 5, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, The Gray in Between, Far and Away, Firearm, Danger Theatre, and more.

Ryan Turek was a producer on 2018’s Halloween, Halloween Kills, and Halloween Ends. He also was a producer on Five Nights at Freddy’s, M3GAN, Firestarter (2022), The Black Phone, Happy Death Day, Ghoul, Insidious: The Red Door, and more.
