The book "Halo The Fall of Reach" was written by Eric Nylund.
This is the first book printed in the Halo series. The universe of Halo follows the many stories of humanity's war against the alien races of the covenant, and beyond. The central figures are the enhanced human soldiers Spartans, in particular, the Master Chief.
