I love how this turned out... stamping made it easy giving a pattern to follow. Diluting the paint with the DIY liquid patina not only helped ensure that paint didn't 'get a 'washed out' look, or worse, once tossed into the washing machine, it also helped thin the paint to ensure better and easier coverage. The fabric markers helped give some definition to the flowers once painted... the whole coming together nicely.

As is often the case... one idea leads to another... it's good to follow those paths... they often lead you to something you would never have attempted or discovered otherwise!
