The latest episode of the podcast is now available on iTunes Spotify and Soundcloud.

Suicide and Mental health still have a taboo and stigma about them and I believe the only way to change, is for people to talk about it. So if you are reading this and you're struggling, know that we all struggle in life and we all want you to succeed and progress in life. It takes courage to reach out and ask for help but someone will always be ready to listen. ⠀

I would like to extend a massive round of applause to Hannah for creating this documentary and all of Callum's friends and family for sharing so much. If you live in Glasgow please come along to St Luke's and help support this event. ⠀

I will be the massive guy with the beard, having a cry and thinking about my friends who have left us too soon. http://www.stlukesglasgow.com/events/...

Filmmaker and documentarian Hannah Currie. Her latest piece of work is the documentary We are all here which looks at the life and sadly the death of Callum Barnes. Suicide is the number one killer of men under 50 and in my opinion ,needs to change, so please watch the show and take the time to support We are all here.
