GHOST PARTICLE

25 SPRING SUMMER 컬렉션의 테마는 ‘아원자(Ghost Particle, Subatomic)’로, 양자역학을 기반으로 자세히 보면 모든 입자가 상호작용한다는 사실에서 영감을 받아 선보인 이번 컬렉션은 조형적으로는 다양한 소재들의 얽히고, 겹쳐지고, 융합된 실루엣을 표현하고 있습니다. 의미적으로는 인간, 환경, 기술 등 모든 사물이 서로 상호작용하고 연결되어 있다는 점에서 이를 존중하고 인정할 때 지속가능한 발전이 가능함을 시사합니다.

이번 시즌 글로벌 최대 3D 프린팅 업체인 STRATASYS Korea, 국내 최대 명품 조명 제조업체인 비씨조명, 3D 그래픽 아티스트 Null과의 협업을 통해 런웨이를 선보였습니다. 기법적으로는 다양한 3D 프린팅 기술과 레이저 커팅 기술이 위빙, 드레이핑, 아플리케, 엠브로이드, 가죽물성형 등과 같은 전통 기법과 조화롭게 사용되며 신구의 조화를 이루고자 했습니다.

The theme of the 25 SPRING SUMMER collection is 'Ghost Particle, Subatomic'. Based on quantum mechanics, this collection was inspired by the fact that all particles interact if you look closely. Formatively, various materials are intertwined, It expresses overlapping and fused silhouettes. Semantically, this suggests that sustainable development is possible when all things, including humans, the environment, and technology, interact and are connected to each other and are respected and acknowledged.

This season, the runway was presented in collaboration with STRATASYS Korea, the world's largest 3D printing company, BC Lighting, Korea's largest luxury lighting manufacturer, and 3D graphic artist Null. Technologically, various 3D printing and laser cutting technologies were used in harmony with traditional techniques such as weaving, draping, applique, embroidery, and leather molding to achieve a harmony of old and new.
