Back again and today i want to take an in depth look at the rulebook for the Epic Punic Wars for the latest offering in ‪@warlordgames‬ Epic range. I have already done a in depth look at the main hail caesar rules (link below) so rather than go through those again i want to focus on the Army Lists, Army Building, Army Special Rules and changes to the main rules.

There is also a full combat example to have a look at the units in this book and how their rules work.
