This is my harbor freight tire changer that I got for 32.99. I anchored it into the concrete of my shop floor. it is much more secure. The biggest changes are the centering come from lucid autowerks and the duck bill mount that I made. it is not my design there a lot of video on youtube and i just copied those. if you have any questions leave them in the comments and I will answer them the best I can
