While this would be tolerable for Pittsburgh, or Quinn, as the flagship, there should not be a ratchet mechanism, out of the box, with this kind of action

The KTC is like a different world and the fact that Tekton/Pittsburgh could be bought as a 3 Piece set for the price of the lone Icon says a lot
