Harbor Freight Tools used to be a joke as far as quality goes. They have really come a long way. Many Chinese factories have discovered what "quality control" is and most are ISO 9002 certified. You can find these same tools branded under big box store names as well as Craftsman and Black and Decker. If you don't have a store in your area, come along and see what they look like.
