In this film, you will see how I deliver food to a high mountain village on horseback. It is difficult to deliver by transport, so you have to harness a horse and go down the mountains to the save point in the lowlands. Ancient traditions live with us to this day.

High in the Carpathian Mountains of Ukraine, life takes on a rhythm and pace that is a world away from the hustle of city life. This rugged terrain, blanketed by thick forests and steep slopes, is home to mountain villages where timehonored traditions persist, and the land itself seems to both nurture and challenge its inhabitants.
