Working again on the Harley Davidson Ironhead Sportster Chopper Saga. As always when it comes to building a chopper, there's some kind unforeseen modification to be made waiting for you around every corner. It's always a challenge too when it involves something of antiquity like an old ironhead sportster. This time it has to do with making the rear brake drum a functioning brake with equipment that oppose each other; like making a 76 backing plate that is meant for a cable work with a 74 and earlier brake linkage system. Once again the cutting wheel had to be employed as I was "Making S#!t Happen".
