3 lbs Boneless chicken thighs
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1/3 cup light brown sugar
2 tsp ginger
1 tbsp sriarcha
1 tsp garlic
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp mustard
4 tbsp rice vinegar
1/2 tsp black pepper
salt to taste
