Finally you can fix your bad HC12 clones that has no range!
Turns out, it was only an error on the PCB that you can fix with some solder.

After fixing several of them we did a range test, and it works!!

A lot of bad copy hc12 can be found on ebay, aliexpress and other places. They usually have the si4463 transceiver from silicone labs. The module is really good, there is just a PCB design fault.

With this easy fix you can get full range with the clones as well.
