Join me as we fly on a true classic Southwest jet a Boeing 737700 still in Canyon Blue colors and not fitted with split scimetar winglets! We take off from SEA's runway 16L after a lastminute pattern switch from north ops to south ops and head to the south, making a few turns to join our projected route. We pass over Mt. St. Helen's and continue south. About an hour later, we pass by world famous Crater Lake (listen for the captain's announcement), then over Upper Klamath Lake, Klamath Falls (I lived there for about a year), then head further south past Mt. Shasta, then begin our descent into Sacramento. A quick downwind approach and a solid landing later, we taxi to the gate and shut down. I will be taking this plane to its next destination, so I just sit and wait. I hope you enjoy this full flight aboard this classic 737 as much as I did, and, as always, all the flight information you could ever desire can be found below!
